Yesterday i recorded on National Geographics the unlocking of the Da Vinci Code. it was a 2 hours special where it talks about the book, and all its controversy.

Since it's 2 hours, you can reduce it down to about 500M (or less) by encoding to 320x240 450kbps DivX (or XviD) and 128kbps MP3. Depending on quality of your source, the resulting video may not look that good, it's all about experimentation.

or you can split the video in half making cd-r burnable part 1 and 2.

i manage 713mb. i think is good enough i also edit all the commercials. Now i'm looking a for a good hosting website. i want to experience the hole thing in hosting a file i'm amaze how you guys here in JabbasWorld could have the time to rip, convert and host files.

Well, if you are interested in hosting such files only once in a while, a normal shared hosting package will be ok for you.. most of them offering 60 to 80 GB per month.. and remember this section is not public so it won't generate too many hits.
