LOL, it happened here so it's been all over the news! I laughed my ass off when I saw it on the news!
IMO, he deserved what he got, he attacked the cop, instant felony. With the dog there, it's only obvious it was gonna go apeshit. Had he been clothed, I don't think he'd be suffering from a butchered twig and berries. His fault.
They tazered him so many times because he kept fighting even after being bit. Had he just given up, he would have been arrested, not electrocuted and bitten by a dog.
BTW, the dog has been suspended from service pending an investigation. :roll:
