use dvd decrypter

go to mode iso read (when you have a disc in the drive) then click copy ..then it will make an iso saved onto your hard drive..

to play the ps2 games that are burned you have to have a chipped ps2..you prob already know that but oh well..

use alcohol 120%......it's the easiest.
no steps, just click create iso button, select format (of course, ISO) and then type in filename and create.

u can get alcohol 120% thru suprnova.org

There is one that makes perfect DVD copies, cant remember the name though. Ill ask my friend. Every burning software has the option to make it to an ISO so ill ask him and post later if he knows it.

is it true that xbox uses 3 layer dvd discs for some of its games? This is what I was told..and that they hold around 12 gigs ...just came to mind..and thought Id ask since we were kind on the subject..

Yeah, well again Going OT, as I dont see a need to open a completely new thread based on this, just to get info..
Well I just Bought an Xbox, (well it kinda blew due to some sorta short circuit in the power supply but that'll be done within a day), anyway coming back to the question :
Is it possible to burn an Xbox game on a CD and play it? Or do you need to burn it on a DVD-R ?
I just downloaded the Forza Motorsports Demo, and its just 177 MB. I want to play this game, but dont have a DVD Burner yet, so is it possible to burn it on a CD?
Any Help would be great, Thanks..

Well, I see no reason why it shouldn't accept cd's, so why don't you just try it? I mean, cd's are 0 per disc.. Other than that, I don't know if you need a chip to play it, but try..

if u already modded ur xbox, I don't see the reason why u can't play it with a CD

Its either single or dual layer. it can also be single or double sided.
So a dual layer double sided DVD can hold upto 18gb.

yes but i have..." backed up" a fair few games and only a few have need a dual layer disc. even then you can delete demo videos and games that are on the disc to make them fit
