NASCAR as a motorsport is beyond my understanding and by far :D

But to see race cars on the road is always wicked, no matter what they are! Good sighting, any idea why it popped up there?

I do agree that nascar blows but I find them to be some of the most stable cars in motorsports.. where else do you see cars going 180+ for such a long time?
There is a new Nascar Track being built on the outskirts of the city, So im guessing that theyre using these for promotional purposes. Yesterday there was a big drive where a bunch of nascar vehicles fired it up down 5th avenue.

how did they get them to make a turn within the confines of one streer :P

personaly i don't understand nascar, and one thing i find intresting/stupid they have a totaly different car for evrey race/track!
in australia touring car racing, the teams only have one car for the whole year, even it it is badley damaged they have to repair it for the next race.

well they do race on road courses a couple of times a year, so they can turn if setup to do so. :wink:

some people may not like the motorsport but I would love to see what these babies could do wihtout the restricitions set on them Ex. restriction of some air to reach the engine and more. and don't forget how Dale Jr., Nascar driver, went to Europe and beat some of the best racers worldwide. while he made a qaulifying lap in a indie car w/o ever driving one before.
