Well let's see what kind of cars were around my area these past days :D

CLICK the pics to go to the page with the high-res pics

I think it is right to start with this! The perfect sighting I think :D especially considering it is 100% winter here :D

Down to earth now :D a sweet E39 M5

A Scaglietti ready to be delivered :D
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost/data/504/83Ferrari_612_Scaglietti_099-med.jpg (http://www.swisscarsightings.com/updates/updates048.html)

This one was a lucky shot.. very dark, someway the focus was still right!
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost/data/504/83Maserati_Quattroporte_062-med.jpg (http://www.swisscarsightings.com/updates/updates048.html)

I am not sure about this CL.. it has the full AMG package I guess... only dual exhaust pipes instead of 4, but the first CL had only two I think... so maybe it was a real CL55.. maybe not, still nice in black
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost/data/504/83Mercedes-Benz_CL_001-med.jpg (http://www.swisscarsightings.com/updates/updates048.html)

You can always find something interesting in parkings :D
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost/data/504/83Porsche_996_Turbo_186-med.jpg (http://www.swisscarsightings.com/updates/updates048.html)

These last two were parked pretty close in a Geneva Airport's car park.. strange.. british guys driving to Geneva and then taking a plane to fly back home? :P Still, a Supra and a Chimaera are always nice to see!

http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost/data/504/83TVR_Chimaera_001-med.jpg (http://www.swisscarsightings.com/updates/updates048.html)

A nice Arnage
http://www.jabbasworld.net/photopost/data/504/83Bentley_Arnage_004-med.jpg (http://www.swisscarsightings.com/updates/updates048.html)

And a Vette at sunset

Those Murcie pics are gorgeous... did you take any more?

Nice QP shot too 8) and the Vette looks nice too, despite being red :P

Nice Brit cars too... the Chimera is one of the worst RVRs IMO, but still rather rare... even here, about 20miles form the factory

Thanks guys :)

Those Murcie pics are gorgeous... did you take any more?

No, sadly no :( my g/f was with me, waiting in the car (wich you can barely see in one of the pics) and she was a bit sick, so I didnt' want to push it too far.. sadly it was impossible to take good pics of the front of the car, since beside it there were many Xmas decoration, creating too much light on the background to take a proper picture

I've been waiting for these pics since you mentioned at the start of the week that you saw an orange Murci.....and it was worth the wait, stunning car and great pics. :D
That alone would make me happy for a few months, but you also manage to get a Scaglietti, Quattroporte, Arnage....... :o
Thanks for the pics. :D

Oh, and if i was your g/f I would have instantly recovered from my illness after seeing a Lambo.

NICE! As always!

The murci looks awesome!!!
The light was perfect. And the car stands out really well.
What camera do you use?
Did you use the tripod for the murci pics?

TT
12-03-2004, 06:51 AM
I use a Canon Pro 1 (http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/canonpro1/)
And yes, the pics were taken with shutter speed set at 8-10 seconds, so I had to use my pocket tripod wich is always where the digicamera is :D
There were a couple of guys turning around the car with mobile phones taking pics :D I would be curious to see the result, but it was very dark and w/o a tripod I would have never been able to take the pics (well of course you can always put the camera on the ground, but ppl always make funny faces when you do so :D)

Even with the Xmas decoration causing too much light, the pics of the orange MurciƩ look stunning. The combination of the darkness around the flashy orange colour of the car make those pics really look superb!
