yeah that is a sweet sounding car... kinda weird hearing a turbo in a viper though...
thats gotta be one scary car on the road
Nah - the Viper - no matter what state of tune it is in, always sounds like an old UPS truck. ;)
If it sounded like 2 5-cylinder Audis then it would have a decent harmonious sound to get excited over... but the firing order just makes it sound like an old step van... ;)

I've always thought it was more like a tractor sound! I guess thats the reason 99% of Viper owners swap the exhaust?
1000bhp Viper, I'd like mine in all black please (GTS, none of that SRT10 nonsense)

i dont know about that, i heard a viper for the first time the other day, one of the early models, and it sounded like evil.
always thought it wanted to sound like a V8 at startup but then decides to sound like a V12 mid punch, then a I6 at full blast.

A little disappointed that he never actually releases the 1000hp in that vid. But other than that if you heard an 8.0L V10 revving at you and then hear a BOV after that, i think anyone would be intimidated.
