the power it packs is just perfect for the car IMO...There is also an AWD RS-version to come which should have in excess of 200hp (an insider claimed even 230+) - that will be a proper pocket-rocket :twisted:

BTW, never heard it was AWD...

oh,my mistake...it is said to be a FWD car...however since the new Focus RS is gonna be AWD and considering the power who knows :)

What it will cost?(RS?) Something around ClioV6? and ST/ZT-S? Anyone heard/red?

NO! That the fiesta ST150 and the proposed new Fiesta RS do not have a Zetec engine. They are running Duratec's. With the RS, there is going to be huge aftermarket tuning potential. There is lots of information on www.ukfiestanetwork.co.uk

I have my doubts about the RS ever making production, but that is a whole different ball game. Keep an eye out for quite a few mad power fiesta's coming up. There is a 4x4 800bhp, skyline powered one being brought to life in the English countryside as we speek. The standard ST engine is good for around 200-210bhp while keeping reliability. A company such a pumaspeed or pumabuild will obtain that kind of power figure for a few grand.

i like this fiesta,nice size engine and nice power and as jon said it will touch 200hp no problem when pumaspeed get there hands on it.

The fiesta looks really good. I really don't understand why they don't bring these cars to the states.

the turbocharged RS-version will cost approximately 25k euros...it will depend on the final specification

If the RS is ever produced, it will not be out untill late 2006 at the earliest.

true,it's not that certain...it has yet to be officially confirmed and in this industry one can never rely on every rumour, just like elsewhere.
