Update: My car was aparently stolen over the Christmas Holiday from Metarie. I was gone for two weeks and when I came back it was gone. Everyone in the Louisiana area please keep an eye out for my car: Louisiana License plate KOP 989.

Update 2: Apparently my car was found by New Orleans police on December 26 in New Orleans They have told me that the steering column is damaged and the undercarriage. I'll post pics of the car when I get to see it.

Yeah, i heard the 80's maros were dogs... but LS1 would deffinitely own the 90' 5.0. I love Cobras tho, those are badass. But for base-model GT vs. SS, theres just no comparison.

Regardless of what they think it might be worth, I'd check out autotrader and such and find out how much you will need to buy one in similar condition - same age same mileage and don't forget to add sales tax, title and licensing etc. Print out pages as evidence and use this to negotiate a good deal. Insurance companies will always lowball you with the first offer.

Aparently the plates were not on the car when they found it. Also the New Orleans police department found the car and I reported the theft to Jefferson Parish Sheriffs office. I still have not seen the car because it is being held for evidence but I will post pics soon hopefully.

I have now seen the car. The damage does not appear to be to bad. they did however paint my centercaps red on my wheels along with the grill on my SS hood and the front grill (Very poor job of it I might ad.) I will post some pics tonight. i like the idea for the plates ZfrkS62.

because donut eating policemen don't "see" that car. If your car's description says it's all black with no red paint... they would skip that car
now that ass-paint job only said:"here's a car we don't care for, maybe it's stolen"
