Check out this Prius. 134.339 m.p.h. With only a change in the last gear and suspension lowering. :shock: still had stock exhuast.

134mph from a Toyota Prius .... never thought i'd see the day that would happen.

Ya in teh article them are talking about how since its a "new" group for landspeed that in a few year the Insight with a "vtec rat motor" will own the hybrid records. I am seeing the speeds will get well above 150, IMO they will max out around 180 mph. But only time will tell.

Just read this article from C&D.. pretty encouraging since hybrid is the new rage these days... :roll:
