This guy is being racist to me and other people. He's a big ass mofo, but I'm pretty sure I can take him. My options are:

1. kick his ass (If I would do it, how bad should I beat him up?)
2. get all my gangster friends to beat him up (This could end up in them stabbing/shooting them, so I'm a little hesitant about this one.)
3. go to the principal (I think this would result in me having to beat him up anyway since he'd start shit for me going to the principal).

Any other suggestions?

The thing is that I really don't want a record. I also don't want any shit like fighting to appear on my school record since that would kill my university applications.

Thanks for the advice...but I've been doing taekwondo for...a while :wink: ...and I'm a rugby forward. Taking him down would not be a problem. For the record, I am white and he's white as well. He's just being racist in general and it pisses me off.

Well man, reasonble force is one of my issues and its the number one thing that keeps me from getting into fights. I have a record of braking jaws, noses, dislocating peoples sholders. But I matured and dropped that shit.

when I get in a fight(now) I fight like a wresler and I just put the guy on the floor face down or in a head lock. and tell him this like "I can do what ever I want with you know, but whats the point? Your not worth it". And it works.

Well a hard left right and the right broke his "eyebone"(you know the area surrounding the eye) and he went down, and as he did he hit with the back of his head a wall, except for that he also had a dislockated jaw, broken nose and busted lip and some bruses on his ribcase. He spend the first two days in life care, I contacted his parents to apolagise and they were pretty cool, but the kid was too stubborn, he already had a record and his parents were desperate with his bad behaviour....
Anyway that was such a depressive year for me, it screwed a lot of things for me, and I've learned a hard lesson, now I'm more composed and less aggressive.
