M5 vs. Subaru STi

The first video is really shaky and it's hard to see. It's a little easier to see the rest of them because the camera isn't as shaky, but it's still dark and the footage is choppy so it's a little hard to tell what's going on. The sound is pretty muffled in all of of the videos.

The M5 smoked that thing- The scubi got the better launch in the 2nd vid, so he took that one, but he should've been able to put up a better fight in the rest of them.

Man, he has a completely and utterly fucked clutch by the end of that vid!! You can hear it slip to teh limiter when he flat shifts to 4th gear. I dont think i'd shift like that in my dads M5, be an expensive past time!
Sounds Bad asss tho that M5, and impressively dicks on the (what sounds like) tuned imprezza. :D

^^ The box is fine, the clutch has always been the weakpoint in the M5 drivetrain. But this is the case with most high power/torque road cars, due to it being the cheapest, easiest link in the drivetrain to be replaced. But you cant design a clutch to aid drivability and flat shifting that hard, that often. The two just dont go hand in hand!
