The bad guy drive a 5-speed manual Ford Taurus SHO 90' or 91'.

Fact: In 1990 only the Mustang 5.0L and Camaro 5.7L police pack could catch a SHO.

i'm surprised that the taurus was able to keep going after going up on the hood of the vicki. THey are supposed to have an inertia switch that shuts off the fuel pump in case of a wreck.

that final T-bone was awesome though :D good thinking by the officer.
