well all those top gear videos jabba gave us, i know want to burn them on to a dvd, but not a data dvd, one with menus and so on.

but the program won't burn them due to the fact that they are in PAL, formate, anyone know how to change them? most search results are for how to change a rip from pal, not a video file.

I think you can just select the avi's with TMPGEnc and create an NTSC dvd that way. oh and i also use TMPGEnc dvd author to create the actual disc. Done a similar thing b4 but its reasonably time consuming and it took me a few attempts to get everything right. This is one reason why i bought a DIVX DVD player..... much easier

Not sure why you want to make a NTSC DVD. Most new DVD players automatically convert PAL to NTSC for display. If you try to make a NTSC dvd from PAL source in NTSC, you're likely to get a jerky video due to difference in frame rate.

Hey, toronto, u are talking about AVI files are u? If you are, try use a program call WinAVI, it will convert any AVI files into VOB, and then u just drag them into Nero and burn it. It worked flawlessly on my DVD player (so it should work on urs too)
