Thanks a million phillios....to be honest, ive never heard how sounds the merc V12 biturbo engine (except on TG where the sound of the car wasnt clear).......see if i like it at much as the 5500cc compresor

Thats' quick. In the second run he's not doing a standing start, but even so thats 0-100 in about 8 seconds which is very rapid.

We have an SL65 coming to the next pistonheads Vmax. Looking forward to being humiliated.. lol :)

Actually they're one of the worst concerning loss of HP and Torque. Their slush boxes (torque converters) take a shit load of torque out...

The first part of the video is flooring it in second gear, in the second part, the transmission short shifts quickly to 2nd gear and then pulls to about 80mph or so. There is such an abundance of torque and even with such wide rubber and LSD and the ESP working overtime, the car STILL short shifts to 2nd gear, just an idea of how powerful this engine really is.
