Need help. DAP + SP2

Well, I've finally installed SP2. Not sure why, from what i can tell it's just more crap.
Anyway, before I installed it, whenever I clicked on a thumbnail to a video, the little DAP box would popup and ask me if I want to download now or later.
Now that I've installed SP2, if I click on the same thumbnail, it opens a new page and then the box pops up. It's annoying and I want it to do what it did before.
Anyone know what to do? I've been playing with the DAP options with no luck so far.

i use flashget, which works quite similarly... but ive always right clicked things if i want to 'dap' them, or simply open/save as etc.
i think its in the options of DAP somewhere to auto execute on all downloads, and sp2 likes to 'regain' control of what it doesnt know
