i think its better looking than the M5, because its 2 door it just looks so much more smooth. I love those wheels too, they look huge hope they're on the final production model ;)

Anyone got any specs on it? I read them sometime ago in autocar but nothing was confirmed then

An excelent color, perfect wheels, and this is gonna be, probably, one of my favourite BMW. Better than the M5 IMO. But I've already seen a photo/photoshop with a better front spoiler. :?

I hope BMW will produce the CSL version. I'm shure that and the M3 CSL would be my favourite bimmer's :o

However, the driving and performances of it must be awesome, once it has 50bhp more than the 5 series, the 6 series has a shorter wheelbase than the 5 series, and it must be weight quite less than the M5

Im not so sure about that. I think M6 will have the same engine as M5 but M6 CSL will have 550hp.

Oh, wow. That car is rather gorgeous, in my opinion. Nice, long lines, nothing too ridiculously obtrusive - quite classy, I think. Though I do agree that the front lower fascia could use a bit more agression, just to give it a bit more stance.

Dream on...the 545i & 645i weigh almost exactly the same (actually the 545i is a tiny bit lighter), so there's no reason to think the M6 won't put on as many pounds as the M5 does in relation to the 545i. It does have a shorter wheelbase though...still BMW is making heavy cars these days...

Well, how else is the car going to be ready in time if they don't do testing before the car is unveiled? When they 'officially' roll-out the car, they don't want to make people wait too long before they can actually buy it or else some of the excitement wears off. Ideally all of the major suspension tuning is be done when the car is unveiled to the press & they are allowed to drive it. The Nurburgring is one of the chief tracks the German auto-makers use, so they aren't going to avoid it because people take pictures. ;)

Ive seen quite a few of the convertible 6's around town and I have to say I dont like them. But this one looks pretty good. Hardtop is definitely better IMO and who could argue with the power!
