Hello all!
Is the purpose of the photo to show the point that the limiter kicks in?
It is 250km/h on most BMW, but have heard that the performance BMW (M3,M5) can run to above this before the limiter stops the action(approx 270-280km/h).
Do BMW have an option to reset the limiter like AMG do? (to 186 miles per hour, must be done at factory(on new car only?))
Due to speedo inaccuracies is 270 on the speedo really 250km/h on a GPS or similar? Do the engineers set the limiter from road speed sensor or is it dependent on RPM ?
