nice article, espicially as my family owns a 535i exactly that the B10 pictured, except it doesnt have all the alpina trinkets, then 4.6l engine, the wheels, and it is in black, in fact it's fuck all like the B10 in the picture.

Either way, a very nice article.

Altho the running cost of the E30 M3 would be lower than the E36, but given the higher power, better handling and better interior, I would pick the E36 over the E30. B10 is too heavy and I guess I am still too young for it. 840Ci would be a good choice if there are long stretches of hwy around. Anywho, 20k pounds is not a small sum of money for a second hand car. Who knows if a desperate E39 M5 owner may need some quick money for the down payment on the new one.
