Turkish people, Help!!

Hi i meet this Turkish girl which is very very nice, both physically and mentally, but she keeps learning Portuguese and seding Turkish expression which take me ages to translate. I would also like to say a few words in turkish to her but it's very hard to find turkish words, and the online dictionaries don't really help much.

Could u guys translate these expressions for me, please?

Istambul is indeed more westernized (maybe because it's in Europe...). I can't say the same for the rest of Turkey.
