dvdRom question

well. i have a few DVDROMS in the house., and i am trying to figure out why this dvdrom i have cant play all dvd 's.. but other dvd roms can.

i have a creative 8X and Toshiba 16x that can play and read everything i stick in.. but i have an Aopen 12x that just likes to read selective DVD's(Dvd-r's).

They sure be able to play dvd's period. Perhaps you ran out of Region codes. If thats the case, I have a DVD Free Region code software if you want.

i narrowed it down to just dvd-r's it cant read..
region codes? sure
