Learn Japanese online

I was talking to my bro the other day, sayin how cool it would be if we could talk japanese, so there would be no need to have subbed anime videos, and how you could import games form Japan and understand them.
Anyway I took alook on the net and found a website where you can learn Japanese, Its quite simple to understand, and I think if you took time in it you could understand basic japanese maybe.
I just thought it would be cool to tell you guys, and see what ya think, cud you learn japanese from a website? :?:

The problem with learning stuff online is that pronunciation, tonal quality, and writing is quite difficult. It's much better to study it in school and have a conversation partner or two. (I've been studying Japanese for the last 6 years, so hopefully that makes some sense hehe)

Japanese is the only language I passed at school lol. It's pretty sad... I'm chinese and I failed Mandarin :(
