the red one tried to cut a corner but ran into the orange one when it was trying to brake (hence the glowing brakes)

I think that this picture was captured from the programme where Tiff Needell drove in the 360 challenge. Before he tried there had been a video preview of the 360 challenge championship and there was that crash...perhaps I'm wrong about the program, but I'm sure that I've seen the video of this crash before.
