Saw one house with the words "looters will be shot". Only in the US could you get away with that one if he did shoot anyone.

My guess is the socialists in the UK would have the rightful owners evicted for abandoning their house - and allow squatters to set up camp...

You might be joking but yes there is something in the UK called 'squatters rights' - even if you, the homeowner, has nowhere to live you can't just kick people who are already living in your property out on the streets. It's fucking madness.

I actually had to go through this hurricane, and it really sucked. The ceiling in the garage fell on my parents' Jag S-type R (wow was my dad pissed!). And then the next couple of days many roofers and tree guys started coming to try and sell us their services. I think some of them were just scopin out our house because they were unlicensed and kept looking around like they were tryin to see if there were any openings they could use. And some guys even tryed to take our generator while we were on the roof patchin it up. It definitely was horrible and here is a pic of the car after the ceiling fell on it.
