Need help on starting a new forum webpage...

Hi fellow members, me and my friends here in Toronto are starting up a high end luxury car club and we need help on starting a new forum webpage...any guidance and advice?! Jabba? TT?

its easy, all you need is hosting with php/mysql support, a domian name and to install the forum software of your choice, I suggest phpbb unless you want to shell out the $160 ish that it costs for a vBulletin licence
