Its really hard to tell what that is. might be a UFO or might be not. lol or I could be stupid and saw its the engine from the jet. :D

Probably a fighter jet doing patrol and he did a flyby. They usually do that to tell the pilot that he has strayed too close to restricted airspace. Pilots usually get the message.
