Well, they are already in ALMS with a Diablo GTSR, the only problem is that they haven't entered a race with it yet! My guess is your news is the reason why.
Just so you know, Lambo is taking the Murcielago to the FIA GT racing championship too!

Here si their site, which has no info on anything.

WOW. I must admit I'm a little surprised. Hopefully it will make some good racing with the ferrari and corvette. How about all 2 of those zooming by you. :D

Ferruccio would be turning round in his grave (don't know if this is a dutch expression, but you catch my drift) that Lamborghini is really going to go racing now. Bob Wallace must be pleased though. I guess he just thinks it's 35 years too late.

I hope it's going to be a professional team with great resources to develop the car. The Diablos racing now don't really stand a very good chance.

I can't wait for lambo to jump in. It will probably take a year to make them competitive with the corvettes and 550s. What ever happened to the carsport pagani?

It still needs a lot of development to make it competitive. But as far as I know Hezemans is still working on the car and planning to go ahead with it.

this is again good news! I hope we will see it not only in American Lemans but also in the French Lemans.
