After watching "The KGB Psychic Files" it popped into my head that maybe the Soviets advanced those mind controlling devices so much that they took control of everyone's mind and made us think the West won and the U.S.S.R. fell. What do you guys think?

some of the russian mind torture devices are used in todays audio effects. a phase shifter is said to be able to drive a person mad, a distortion pedal was used to hide radio transmissions :)
