Windows language problem

I installed an english version of windows and I wonder: Can I install something which change the language to norwegian..

Select norwegian in the languages..

It's available in many languages, but not norwegian yet, it's on it's way..
Thanks anyway, hope it's available in the future, and that it works for sp2
