Vids stammer in 10-15 seconds - SOLVED

I got a problem with playing some vids, they stammer every 10-15 seconds for 1-2 sec and then continue to work then stammer for 10-15 secs and so on and so on. Makes me mad watching it like that. If I pause vid and then continue it workd fine for 15-20 seconds and then starts goofing again.
When I open filters that are used for playing it is always combination as on the pic(I use winamp cause other players dont work).

Should I delete some codec and what is its name?

Thanx Thamar, I'll try it but winamp is fr all types of vids(except .qt and .rm) and mp3's. Best combination for me.
Anyone know how to solve this problemo?

Tamar: I think I tryed it once while ago and didnt work to me, now I tryed again - doesnt work again :|

I have installed directX HERE for W98 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=0A9B6820-BFBB-4799-9908-D418CDEAC197&displaylang=en) and it works + I can skip ANY video to ANY minute and no PROBLEMO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
