He didnt screw up actually - this was at Magny Cours where Schumi was chasing him and putting him under mighty pressure. So both cars were going into the hairpin nose to tail when Raikkonen lost a bit of grip under braking when he hit an oil patch left by a spinning Mcnish. Schumi drew alongside in braking into the hairpin and took a wide line on exit to prevent Kimi from re-joining the circuit ahead of him.

Kimi got his revenge when Schumi tried to overtake on the outside heading into Turn 1 in Melbourne 2003 ... Kimi kept to his line and forced Michael on the grass - this caused him to lose some of his diffuser elements and eventually cost him the win...
