Is there anyone on the board who either lives there or is visiting there over the weekend? I think there's some festival of tall ships or something. Love to see any pics if you guys got em.

It's on TV right now. I think it's on CBS.

He means Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. I think that's a little further from you than 10 miles. :wink:

I'm pretty sure the name is British and the town/port was named after the British town. :wink:

lol, sorry man, i should've specified it was in Canada. Guess i missed it on tv, was asleep all day after night shift.

how intresting..

altoe whenever the us navy is in port, i usualy go down and have a look on the aircraft carriers ect.

Yeah, but sail ships have alot more character than modern ships.

The tall ships are amazing. Especially considering just how much has to be done in order to sail them. We have one in a bottle thats absolutely amazing.
