I thought he was in jail for filming underaged chicks? In any case, looks like he got nailed for $1.1 million:

I thought it was going to be some girl suing the company or osmething like that..not because of some stupid shipping mistake...a big mistake a 1.1 million dollar one to be exact

VH1 did a show about him a while ago, according to them, he has never lost a lawsuit against hiim. So I guess this would be the first one.

Possibly immoral, but since GGW is filmed in public (Mardis Gras, etc.), I'd hardly say illegal. Arguments about casting girls in "false light" are equally weak since they're actually doing what's on film and it's not fake. I just find it funny that chics will do stupid stuff, then try to sue about it. Here's some legal advice:
1. Don't do stupid stuff in public.

Only illegal if there underage. They didnt know they were being filmed or they didnt comprehend they were being filmed are two different things. Next time dont drink so much if you didnt want to do that.
