Just wondering if anyone has THESE (http://www.bose.com/images/home_entertainment/products/p_companion_m.jpg) and if so how do you rate them??

FULL PAGE (http://www.bose.com/controller;jsessionid=BKpKpAajUQJ4WcA6Fhs1JtnictJQ ubdmWBq9KH2gQKScMXuovYIN!1269272277?event=VIEW_PRO DUCT_PAGE_EVENT&product=companion3_computer_index&pageName=/home_entertainment/computer_gaming/index_subcat.jsp)

More importantly seeing as thought my parents are going over to america (i cant get them here in the uk) I was wondering if anyone lives in boston and could tell me various stores that sell them.

Also just in case they can't find them does anyone know of an american bose retailer that sells these and ships to the uk, i can't find any on the net :(

One last thing, if i do buy it from the states, am I gonna have any issues with power problems when i plug it into a UK power source by just using a plastic plug adapter?? Or will it blow the speakers and circuits??

Thanks

well if you are die hard on getting those speakers then in just about any large city in the US you will find one or both of these stores, www.BestBuy.com and www.CircuitCity.com They both carry Bose Products or there might even be a Bose store in Boston I know there are a few of them around here.

I've never seen those speakers before lol. But I think its rather expensive for a 2.1 set, maybe you should go to a store that carries it and try it out before you buy it

To see these speakers in the UK tryout the electronics in Selfridges/Harrods.
I saw the old Bose PC (Multimedia) Speakers in Selfridges in Manchester for £130.
Otherwise try to find Bose stockists in the UK through their UK distributor. Or any high-end hi-fi shop. Practical Hi-Fi is excellent, but i am not sure if you have it down South
