Madonna- Ray Of Light

So I wanted something new to listen to. So I grab one of my sisters CDs. Madonnas Ray Of Light.

And all I have to say Im really enjoying it. The whole album sounds great apart from 3 songs. The music in nice, her voice is sexy and not a high pitch sqeal of the 80s.

So has anyone else listed to it?

The thing is that Madonna is someone I would never really condsider to listen to and here I am loving this album. WEIRD!

Lastly I recomend. :) Its an album on the slow slide, will never cause a headake and has a good almost ambient techno sounds to it.

lol I think I recall hearing it when I was in elementary school or something. Its not that bad of an album, but I'm not into it anymore.

I like this song, I don't know the other tunes in the album but this one is good. Sounds similar with some Car Commercial tunes like Days go by and Breath. I know cuz I burned an entire CD only with themes from car commercial. That was weird. :mrgreen:

I really have nothing against madonna. I am related to the man who owns Maverick records with her and who is obviously a really good friend of hers and a very kool guy. I get a lot of these CD's for free and i have to admit i have never had anything against her music.

I always hated the eighties music Madonna made, but I like Ray Of Light as well. Not every song is good, but some are excellent. The songs Frozen and Drowned World/Substitue For Love are the best of the album IMO. William Orbit is a fine musician and his collaboration with Madonna made me like what music she made. I still hate that Like A Virgin crap though....

Indeed. I grabed that aswel. Very original album. Music and lyrics are great.
