There will be some un-avoidable issues over the next few days (some you may have noticed already) and a possible temporary suspension of service.

Sadly this is indeed genuine...this guy is extremely bitter and twisted...and from the evidence I have seen is 100% fucked up. I wouldn't be surprised if he has tried to contact our server provider. We therefore have to assume the worst and plan accordingly...we have had a suspension of service page before and it wasn't much fun...

We will be testing the backup server later today.
