First, I would suggest you use the security manager window rather then directly access the registry. I would also suggest that the biggest security risk was not addressed.. Disabling unneeded services.. use this list..

and disable any unneeded or unused services so they quit looking for connections over the internet.

Also remove the remote session and null session capabilities and switch from lanman to ntdl2 as long as you dont share a network with a computer less then win xp and want to file share.
