I was told by TT that this site wasn't about ppl just coming on downloading and going so I wanted to know on average how long you stay on a day and would it be wrong to post, get a vid, review it then go.
when im at home i have the internet on and JW on all the time and keep refreshing it
i think what TT is and has been trying to say from the beginning is they would like people to interact with eachother,chat bout things,get to know eachother.not come,take the vid,say it was good,and leave

i understand that but what if thats all you have the time to do, im starting school this week and ill only have time for get vid review post then go.

Good point! Quality not quantity!
There are members posting a lot but that I clearly understand they're not feeling at home.. while some other, posting twice a week are more involved in JW..
That said, I'm a postwhore and I'm here many hours a day :P

well i forgot to post my time, during the summer ive been on everyday for a few hours but when school starts that will be reduced to maybe an hour every 2 days or so, well ill have to see how my work load works out.

Hehe for me it depends on what mood I'm in and if I have anything to do that day. I can spend hours one day and not even load the site other days. But now I try to get on the site every few hours because I might miss a release.

Me too. It depends on my mood. Sometimes I think: 'Fuck that, I don't feel like responding to it'. But then at night there's the urge to reply. And once I start I cannot stop. It's addictive. I'm doing it again. AAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

I spend at least 1 hour/day...when I can (hollydays, weekends). If I wouldn't have been away this summer, my post count would've been somewhere around 800. LMFAO
I'm a post whore myself.
I can, however say that I feel at home here at JW.com!

Im just a lurker, I dont post all that much compared to others. I just read what everyone posts. At least an hr a day for me.

this thread proves that most ppl dont have time to post long paragraphs and that most users post when they feel strongly about a review or subject. i am one of those and i didnt post many reviews because i didnt have a strong opinion on them or just felt that a "it was good" would be pointless. according TT, ppl like me need to give more in depth posts and more frequently or "feel more at home" at this site.
Am I out of line, am I wrong??

I figure if you have the time to sit down, browse the forums for videos, download the videos, and then watch the video. You have no excuse to not write a review. If you have that spare hour to watch the vid, you definately have a few minutes to read other threads and maybe respond to them.
I know my reviews end up huge, thats because I type it as I watch it. So I don't forget stuff that I want to comment on. In a one hour review. I spend maybe 10 minutes typing. I don't tink it's excessive.
How much time do I spend here? Umm, probably too much. LOL
I like this place, it's fun. i also liek the fact that we can disagree on something and debate it without it becoming World War 3.
I probably post too much, but I usually only post when I have something to say. Which I guess would be all the time! :lol:

I'm kind of like 666fast. Maybe I post to much, but I dont have that many posts.
I pretty much have the computer on all day, and I have Jabba world open when Im home and not out, so I refresh it every once in a while doing other things around the house.
It I like this place. The only forum I attend right now. One of the main reasons is 666fast's. we can have an argument, and dont have WW3 flame war.
Most guys seem to be nice mature blokes, and we all got two things in common. Hot Babes and Hot cars.
I'm here as long as I'm online and do other things if I don't check the forum. I write my reviews same as 666fast do but I do it when I watch the video for the second time. I usually watch it first then forget about it for a day and watch it the second time then write the review. That's why my posts comes later than most of you guys'. :)

What did you use to put it together? Are you running on OSX(loved by graphic designers for its gay looking interface :wink: ) Photoshop & Illustrator?

the time i spend here varies depending on what ive got goin on. if im in front of a computer im logged in here, or check it quite a bit. most of my work isnt on a computer so when ive got a bunch of shit to do, its hard to check everything. but ill pop in at least a few times a day.
I`m 24 hours online on internet.. When I`m infront of my computer.. Everytime one of my browser is at JW!!
I like spendin time in here..

Well i can say much i been a member of this community for about 4 days now woot woot and i been posting alot cause tuesdays and wendsday i have 4 hour comp classes using Maya and Adobe After Effects and they get sometimes real boreing :D , because i am studying for my BA on Animation. And when i am at home i check in about 3 times or more a day to see if any new posts have been posted. And now JW in under my favorites :D actually is my homepage now :D

and in a time measurement...hmm....maybe about 3 to 4 hours a day browsing...and I have IE with JW in the background at all times for a quick access ;)

Yeah I use Photoshop and no Mac for me, just Windows user with Photoshop 7 and time to mess roudn with it. Lately, I have no time to play with Photoshop anymore =( I hope this changes soon.
