Thanks toronto, very interesting and I like the idea of a technical section....it should be good.
BTW, here is another article concerning twin-keels (among other things) on the McLaren car:

That article is about the MP4/19 correct? The latest McLaren car is the MP4/19B that was developed to replace the MP4/19 and is racing and doing much better now, is that right? I'm just tryin to get the facts right

Thanks for the link dingo21

No worries, and yes you are right....the MP4/19B is the new car they used at the French and British GP's. The article is about the previous car.

Heres another article from http://www.f1technical.net which is a good website for tech articels on F1. This one is about carbon fibre brakes:

the new regulations for 2005 and 2006 (the reduced downforce, along with the tire changes and that the engine must last two weekends...then in 2006 they are going to a 2.4 V8....

V8's...are not for F1, V8's should be left for nascar and indy..

well said,
i guess this is the end of F1.
what the deal with the rules of tyres? 2 set of tyres for the whole weekend? 1nd for the friday and saturday and the 2nd for qualifying and the race. if tyre gets damage replace it with the previous one?
