now you call this a domestic car and all but you don't live in the US so...
but yes that sucks big time but a huge chunk including the engine wheels, brakes etc look salvageable so that's good.
And for that level of damage to the front corner the engine bay and interior look pretty well contained.

According to your perspective the engine of this CTS-V is too much damaged for a swap on other cars ?

I have a question for all. Somebody know if the gas-cap is locked on a CTS-V :?:

thats sad :( its amazing how the license plates are fine tho... Im sure the engine is probably not saveable... but the safety devices look like they worked quite well as the interior looks unharmed.

I'm sure it has a switch from the inside like most cars have I know the Deville, Eldorado and Seville all do so I would guess it's the same.

And that engine looks very salvagable I'm sure it's fine to swap out If you look the engine looks to be flexed back on the frame from the flex of the frame maybe off the mounts but I'm sure it is fine I've seen enginess pulled from much worse front ends and started almost right up. The plates are fine because the impact wasn't at the plates.

not an insult I'm just wondering in general because I've heard people from diferent continents calling US cars domestics what is that? but you explained yourself and that's fine since we have alot of factories up there anyway.
