i'd like to see the volkswagen brand in f1, though i think they'd rather use the audi name.
i'd also like to see another american manufacturer in f1 like chevy or dodge. :)

I want to see Porsche...they made some great engines for McLaren...I would love to see Mercedes continue to screw up and then Porsche provide the powerplant for McLaren again...they would be good at it

Audi for sure!!!!!!!!!!!
I love Audi, they have competent engines. I do not know why they dont just try it. In the next few years we should see more motorsport editions of Audi coming out. The ex head of VAG was Dr F.Piech who's family had a large share in Porsche which is why we saw so many Racing Porsches coming out. Alot of the R+D went to the Porsche division, which is not going to happen now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Porsche or Audi.....but then it will make the F1 Grid full of Germans....
What the hell, let's bring Volvo in, see if they can make F1 more safe

it would really be nice to see small companies like Pagani in F1. but with the high cost in entering a new team as well as the huge amounts needed to stay in F1, only major manufacturers can afford to enter at this stage.

I surpose the only missing team is Porsche for me.
I'm already in love with F-1 as it is, so to add a new manufactuer to the game... what difference would it make :)

I think if anyone had a chance of entering F1 it should be Audi. Le Mans and the acquiring of Lamborghini, an ex-f1 team, they should give it a shot and I was hoping they would have for a while now

PORSCHE!!
Porche is my second favorite company and for that same reason i dont want them to enter F1.That would mean i could not like them any more because they most likely would be in competition with ferrari. :(

porsche, although they tried and failed horribly in f1 before, i still think it's a good choice, cuz when you think about it porsche have won almost every other motorspot: rally, lemans, trans-am, paris dakar, etc. but they haven't won any f1 grand prix yet.

How about we bring back Lotus?
Or, and I know this is going to be unpopular, have gm enter the fray. The biggest car manufacturer in the world should be involved in f1.
edit: and where is the poll?

ok dont shoot me here but i would actually like to see less manufactors in F1
i would love to see them branch out more and spend the finite amount of money on different things like sports cars and wrc. I think that F1 sucks up all the cash so we miss out on other things.. i mean look at Audi for the 1/2 the cost of producing a half decent F1 car.. they made the R8 and have been running it for years... BMW had a great car too and so did Toyota till they went into F1 and stopped spending the cash else where to promote themselves.
To me i just would like to see some more competition to the R8 and Porche RSRs at le mans

jaguar ... oh wait they are racing in F1, kind of hard to notice; but truly any US car maker would be great, ford does it through jaguar, but how about GM, that would be interesting ... also Peugeot or Porsche, not Audi; let Audi get back into WRC, maybe VW, because that would be even more awesome, Lotus would be great (but they don't have the funds), while Lamborghini should concentrate on making cooler cars instead, as Diablo was their last

ya i think VAG would definitely be the group that needs to get into F1. they are one of the biggest car companies in the world but with relatively little showing in auto racing right now.

I think Chevrolet/Cadilac is a very good idea as far as money and potential fan base. This could be teamed up with the Red Bull program to bing american fans, and their money, back to top level international motorsports.
I expect to see a Porsche or Audi contingient very soon. There domination in sports cars has almost become a non story and somewhat defeats the marketing value for the company. Also i am sure somewhere in porsche still exist the balck eye of there checkered past with F1. They are proud companies and they won't show up unprepared like Toyota and Jaguar.

I think Audi or Porsche should enter and give the Ferrari team a bit more competition.

One word, PORSCHE :D
Ford Capri 2.8i

Id just like to see any brand of the GM challenging in the F1 championship, such as Cadillac, Chevrolet, Opel, Pontiac......once they are barely taking part in any international motor sport event, such as the Formula 1, the world rallying championship, the european touring championship...........and if they propose, they get the enough ambition, and if they go straight to win a championship, i think that they would be able to achieve anything that they aim
