looks gr8 to me, definite improvement over the outgoing M, they should sort the quality problems they had with the older model though

By looking at these photos, all i can see is a KIA Sorento with a mercedes badge on it.
The kia is sold in north america, not sure about anywhere else.
I think mercedes could have came up with better :(

Yeah likewise. I think it looks like Japanese too.
Nothing wrong with it, but it just doesn't seem like MB to me. I think I associate it more with the brand image then country origin.

I agree...KIA Sorento was my first impression, then possibly an RX330... I like the Merc sedans' designs, why can't get bring up a better design for the M? Instead of making 'modifications' I might have preferred just a 'new' look...
But on the other hand, BMWs and Porsches' general designs from the sedans do not look too bad on their SUVs, but I can't imagine how Merc sedans' designs would fit into their SUVs other than looking like the M...
They should hire Chris Bangle... :lol: He'll figure out something...an 'innovative' design for the M...-_-;;

I'm not sure if this is the final M class,but if it is then i don't like the look of it,what i do like a lot is the interior of this new car!!!

Doesn't it look a bit like the Lexus RX??
It looks Asian anyway, look at the shape of its body and the curves, it looks like the Lexus like you say but also a bit like the Kia Sorento or the Ssangyong Rexton (partly owned by Mercedes)
