I don't think there is any difference.

Maybe the bumpers and the lights (on the sides). Usually, the black protections are wider on US spec versions and the side lights (indicators) are more importants. Just look at the F40 and the 360. But i am not sure.
There are certainly some differencies on the engine (for pollution) and exhaust system.
yeah.. and thats why euro are allways better.. i want the ferrari like they made it! not like the US gov says it shouldbe

They look the same to me on the side markers and what are these Black protections you speak of?
And there are more Enzo's in the States and Canada than the rest of teh world by the looks of it. so wouldn;t you think they would make the cars all the same because of that they are all left handers too aren't they.

ok if you go here and look at the euro spec one you can see some differences http://www.fast-autos.net/ferrari/ferrarienzo.html
all i could spot out between the two is the place where the rear licence plate goes, its much wider on the euro car :?:

Well i dont think there are more Enzoz in US and Canada than in the rest of the World , US just took shipment for 70 Enzos from the 399 total .
And i still dont see differences between the EU and USa versions , maybe the Exhaust System

The euro cars versions of a certain car have been almost always more powerful than the american one due to the less strict european rules in poluttion matters, and therefore more freedom to get more power from an engine

As far as I know, that's just a little styled version of the enzo, that's not the stcok north-american rims...

It might be the catalitic convertors.....due to stricter U.S. emission laws. And I also see why the European version would have wider license plate holders.

...the U.S. and Canadian plates are not as wide.

the Enzo does have a smaller section on the bumper for the license plate look at the pic above. Some european cars don't bother with that though and just use the wider sectioned bumpers on North American cars since our plates will fit inside the wider section.

well dont know about WRX in EU.. as to the elise.. well.. maybe its a bit better.. but i'm sure a new EU ver will come soon..
who knows.. "times are-a-changin" but as long as the US gov keeps fucking up cars.. (like the veyron that if ever will be made will have around 950HP in the US ver.. and loooots of others..) the EU will have the best vers.. but all over the world now gov. are fucking up all of the cars we love! i say let them be as they should! and to keep the air etc just make normal cars (like all damn mazdas and shit..) run on like fuel cell or something i mean world wide its these lame cars that make much much more damage then the ferrari's Lambo's and such.. right?
anyway... back to the point.. ok then maybe not in all cars.. but ferraris for sure are better in the Eu.. cause thats how they were 'born' ;)

i cant notice anything from the outside besides the numper plate thing. but im pretty sure the US spec has a different exhaust to meet emission regulations, like the stradale was......I know on the F50 the euro spec has white clear turn signal lights, where as the us have ugly yellow ones. Also the exhaust is different.

north americain sti wrx has bigger displacement and more horses.
2.5L 300hp.
as for the elise, the toyota + lotus combination is one of the best combos. the next esprit is supposed to use said to be a toyota engine as well.

;) ill go take a picture of a north american Enzo tomarrow, and see if i can settle the arguemnt.
to my knowlege, the first 100 enzo's went to the US, and the remaining 299 are set for the rest of the world. they did something similar with the F50.
except for California, US emmisions regs are less stingent the Euro IV... also, the Enzo has an incredibly efficiant engine... so it may make regulations by default. just a guess.
