i agree, lose the doors and just the center thing on the hood and its acceptabel, and without the back wing even better, and the color is reall cool! it look slike if it changes a little!

I personally think that almost everything of that car's design is functional...of course the doors are for show, but i know for a fact that that's one really fast car, and that spoiler and the body kit are useful in its aerodynamics at higher speeds. the hole in the hood? yeah, that's cause it's not easy to cram a modified M5 engine into the E46 coupe engine bay...

imo, it's neither rice nor ice...it's a show car. i like it

Lose the honduh hood scoop and the wing. Everything else is decent, and like people have said, im sure that paint cost more than a down payment on a house. not too sure about those wheels either. those wheels belong an a camaro...... A wheel without a lip would look better, methinks.

the top gear episode has a tvr t350c in that cool harliquin silver color.... it looks much better on curved surfaces (pic a TVR) than it does on the beemer... lose the doors and hood and wing and its good.... seats are nice...

Would have been much cooler with just the M5 engine in the M3 and still look like an M3 but be able to blow the doors off just about anything.

If you want to show off the engine you don't have to put a huge wedge in the middle of the hood, look how ferrari does it (and i don't mean put the engine in the back). They could have shaped something into the "power bulge" or whatever they call it.
