PHP MySQL help needed

ok i am starting a php forum using phpBB, i have that all done, but i want to use a portal as the main page. but i don't know how to config the SQL file:
this is what it gives me to do
INSERT INTO phpbb_block_variable VALUES

i have a mySQL database that was easy to set up with using the forum, but what info do i but in that line of code, the url of the host, the user name, any body know

o and what portal is jabbasworld using?

there's several portals specifically for phpbb that should have all the right stuff in them to install very easily

as for whatever you have now it should tell in the readme how to set that line up :-/
