Okay, I downloaded GT4 Prologue from suprnova(I didn'r want to use 60$ on a demo) and now I need a chip... I have Pal-PS2, I don't know which version, and I can't get a GameShark... So: which chip should I get? I've searched for chips that is sold in Norway, and I remember Messiah 2 or something.. Is this usable?

Uhm, the easiest way is to go to your VG store and ask to them.. most shops modify PS2 on demand here and I suppose it would be the same there... only problem, if you didn't want to spend 60 USD on a game, you risk to spend around the same if not more, for a chipping that you need for a single game :D

Thanks... After I got a chip, I'm going to get new games from the internet as well... I just wanted GT4 so much that I had to dl it...
But I don't think it'll solve my problem, because none of the electronics shops have chips on sale... I have to order them.. Do anyone know the name of any chips that work?

For the first... mod-chip.com didn't work.. So that was no good..
But to the download of the games... First you need to get a torrent download program.. this is another type of filesharing, but you don't need to know anything about that... Just download it from

http://cesnet.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/azureus/Azureus_2.1.0.0_Win32.setup.exe

Then go to www.suprnova.org. They have many many games and progz and movies you can download... You'll figure it out..
But still... don't anyone know the name of any working ps2-chips.. I'd hate to buy a bad one

has anyone else downloaded the torrent and burned it such that it works on your PS2? I'm curious if it's even possible. (I also don't really feel like wasting a DVDR finding out hehehe)
