well, it turns out one of my 3 roommates was much more delinquent then i had thought (not to mention improper sequence of events by the app. complex/courts) but i was evicted today, and totally didnt see it coming. :(
i have plenty of money for my survival...
anyway, i was on my way home after a trip to see my parents, which turned out great, and i found a new possible, and likely buisness oppertunity a new company founded on energy conservation.
so i get a call from an unfamiliar phone number, and its one of my roommates friends girlfriends saying our stuff is out on the front lawn.
needless to say, im pissed... and in the process of moving back in with the folks for now :( i cant fucking trust these guys for anything that requires payment.
fuck
just venting..

Dude, that's terrible...I thought it was bad when my roommates suddenly dropped a bunch of bills for internet, electricity and TV in my lap at the end of our last lease (I thought we were paying them as we went so that some of the bill each month was split up between rent, e-bill etc...), but that is just unconscionable. if you need a place to stay and you're anywhere near Ann Arbor let me know, I've got an extra bed and a couch handy hehe. (I know you said you're with your parents at the moment, but the offer stands hehe)

thanks for all the concern... im sorry i havent spent much time on JW lately... just a lot on my mind, and some family events (my younder sister graduated HS on sunday)
thankfully, they didnt throw my homebuilt pc on the lawn... my mates were thoughtful enough to do that themselves. but those 'movers' were such asses... we have so many borken dishes/glasses, and utter chaos and disorder its going to take some time to separate what belongs to who.
vanquish, harcoreSRT-4 i truly appreciate the offers :) unfortunately, the eviction put a huge accelleration on my plans for moving out, and im already transfered to my Brighton. :( not to worry to much, SRT-4, ill still be coming out there to visit.
Vanquish, dood, im just 20 minutes north of you now, we should definately hang out, mabey grab a beer or two :)
luckily, they didnt really 'pocket' the money so to speak, and really, on one of them was extrodinarily delinquent, and currently owes me $350 going on $400 :? before this all happened. right now, just for rent, 944 is owed by the end of this month, and 100 for cable, and 100 for power for those final bills.
you know, its sad, but i should have learned my lesson last year, when i had the same roommates, and the same one got very far behind, where he owed that appartment $700 after our lease was up... luckily, they were more forgiving. he has consistantly owed me 200+ for almost a year and a half. lesson learned i suppose.
i love my parents, but i really dont like living at home. i think anyone can relate to that. but, being a performance car enthusiast, ive had dreams of owning such a car, and my Jeep just doesnt satisfy that... so all the extra hours i get in, and money i save will go to funding that passion.
like i said, ive been spending a lot of time thinking; while i still wish to complete my same major, being around so many people who arent motivated to succeed really drove me down. seeing them booze 5-6 nights a week, and me joining in 2 nights/week didnt help. i enjoy drinking, but in moderation... but not so stupid that i cant even take care of myself'.... so part of what im thinking is not surrounding myself with that lack of passion. that work orientation, and pre-occupation. so much of thier habits didnt fit with my school fixation, and definately a reason for poor outcome of last semester.
living alone isnt the answer, but living with people who are responsible is.
again, thanks for the care here @ JW :)
