#3 head gasket trouble on 2000 subaru 2.5 rs

ive been through 2 heads in 125k miles.. im thinking its just me that kills them because i had the same problem on my karmen ghia. is that possible? i keep my motors is tip top shape and service them more than regularly. its killin me! any sugestions as to what i can do? im thinking about an ej257 sti wreck swap.

What do you mean when you say you've gone through heads? Blown headgaskets? Burnt valves?

the older 2.5 RS motors had a high RPM problem with the hieght of the pistons, but i dont know about the 1999+ ones.....
