Button was amazing at the end of the race.. he was pushin all the time 8) .. only a matter of time 'til he gets on that top step of the podium :)

Shame for MS, but he didn't make a very good start.. i will have to watch the highlights later today.

Very exciting race, mainly due to cars being on fire and upside down! Great drive by Trulli and Button. Unlucky for Schumi, but was a little silly, slamming on brakes in a dark tunnel. Also unlucky for Alonso, would have been more exciting to have him chassing till the end!

this was the best race this season by far.best race for quite sum time actually IMO.shame for schumi not winning his 6th in a row but man trulli and button were awesome, even if schumacher was still in it i doubt he would have gotton passed button or trulli anyway

Yeah very exciting race :D . Deffinatly wasn't intentional by Montoya. Michael braked too hard at the wrong point and montoya had no where to go. Ralfs altercation with Alonso was worse in my opinion. Unless it wasn't his fault the car slowed down!

Only a matter of time for Button. Although once away from monaco, ferrari will be very quick again!

It would be so nice to see highlights of this race :D

Juan Pablo Montoya: 4th
It was a good race for me, since when you start ninth in Monaco you cannot hope to finish fourth. The car felt ok but like yesterday, we were just not quick enough. With regards to the contact with Michael in the tunnel, Michael braked very hard as he was warming up his brakes and I moved to the right side of the track to avoid him but the gap narrowed and we touched.

He is an asshole :x

It was Michael's fault. He done this many times.
I think the idiot of the race was Ralf. And this is not the first time, hes been doing this regularly. According to ITV's commentators his done this in almost every gram prix this season.

Do you really think he would do that on purpose?? I just don't see it happening. No one in top level motorsport would do something like that. Theey have got to that level for a reason. They have the necessary self control and respect for one another. Obviously in the heat of a race, a desparate move may end in contact or not quite giving your competitior engouh room (Schumacher does as much of that as montoya in my opinion). But to they would never purposfully ram a competitior off the track in a safety period. That just doesn't happen.

Although JPM did piss me off moaning about schumacher's perfectly reasonably move at imola  !

Nice signature by the way! Didn't realise someone else had it too! I had a T shirt made with it on a few years ago! Yes i am sad!

It's an exciting race I say, tho I am quite disappointed to see Michael crashed, none the less, he couldn't have won this race anyways with Button and Trulli both having pitted.

As for Michael and Montoya's incident, I think it's just an racing incident..

First of all:

MOVE OF THE RACE:
TAkuma Sato`s Start... WoW talk about no respect, I am sure MS was shocked! :D

NO record for MS:
Oh well he has enough

From now on, can we please have more city races!!!! Honestly, they are far more intresting, and spectacular too watch... I think we should have another 2 or 3 of them!

2 Crashes....2 DNFs...in the same place....did u c what happend....NO...y...because of the Shitty cameras. The worst, absolutely the worst camera placement. As such, nobody will ever know what exactly happend except for Montoya... and Sato's move, that was a fault start as stated by Coulthard....worthless

No record for Michael this time but he certainly provided a lot of excitement trying to catch up with Alonso .... consecutive lap records before the Alonso crashed:
1.14.9
1.14.8
1.14.6
1.14.4

I doubt he would have won anyway - he most probably would have finished second or third. Both Trulli and Button had finished their last stop while Michael had one more left.

However, it would have been fascinating to see Michael in the lead going flat out to beat the Renault. Sadly, we were robbed of an even more fascinating finish.... It could have been like Hungary 1998 when Michael accomplished a similar feat.

No record for Michael ?

Isn't he the first F1 driver ever who ran his car into the armco while leading the pack right behind the pacecar
