some info about it;
Does anyone remember the incident in California where an ex-marine (Shawn Nelson) with mental illness...actually STOLE a tank, and drove down the highway...smashing anything in his path? What's more, he was a former tank gunner...so he DID know how to operate the tank and its hardware. Fortunately, he did not employ the weapons. He was finally subdued by BRAVE police officers who climbed on top of the turret, and managed to open the hatch. After timeless requests for the suspect to stop the tank and surrender, the officers did what they had to do to protect the citizens.
Its also made a documentary about it called "Cul de Sac A Suburban War Story".
