Storage Option?

I currently have a pretty old desktop AMD 550Mhz with 20 GB hd... and also a laptop 2Ghz with 40 GB hd...

The problem is I don't have enough hd space for car videos since I m a proud member of JW :P

I don't want to upgrade my desktop for now... since I don't want a desktop anymore.. it occupies too much space in my room... and I want to increase my laptop storage..

A portable DVD-RW?
A portable HD?
A USB HD?

An external DVD-RW costs around $350-400 here (add about 10% for Canadian dollars), and for that money you could get a 160GB external USB 2.0 HDD. Personally I would go for the HDD since I prefer to have all my data in one place rather than on lots of different discs.
